Following the performance on Wednesday 18 March, a Questions and Answers style panel discussion will be held with a panel including: Trevor Walker, Director; Nell Dunn, Playwright and Dr Susie Wilkinson, Leader of the Advanced Communication Skills Training Course in the UK.

This is the Irish premiere of the full production of Cancer Tales, a play that has been performed to healthcare professionals across Europe. This is a “must see” for every health professional delivering care to patients with Cancer or any life limiting illness.

Beyond the healthcare community, Cancer Tales is poignant, touching themes relevant to all.

A unique experience

This performance is unique, as the cast will be comprised of members of staff from Milford Care Centre, the University of Limerick and the Irish Hospice Foundation. The play will launch the three day evidenced-based Communication Skills Education Programme that Milford Care Centre offers to health professionals and sets the scene for our 2010 Conference on Communication.
